Red, Green, Yellow, & Orange Bell Peppers

Zucchini
Cut and season with cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, onion powder and bake for 15 minutes at 415 degrees.
4 cups coconut water
1/2 cup sliced turmeric
2" piece of ginger, unpeeled, cut into pieces
Pinch black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp honey
Add coconut water, turmeric, and ginger to blender.
Blend for 1 minute.
Transfer to a saucepan.
Add black pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain.
Add lemon and honey; mix well.
Drink one shot daily.
