Mashed Cauliflower *****

 



  •      1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk

  • Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions.

  • Meanwhile, heat avocado oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat. When hot, add garlic. Cook, stirring, until the garlic starts to brown around the edges, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Transfer to a food processor along with the cooked cauliflower, coconut milk, onion powder, and Himalayan salt. Process until very smooth.
