8 Pastured Eggs
Avocado Oil Spray
1 cup Water
Spray a small Pyrex bowl with avocado oil.
Crack the eggs into the Pyrex bowl.
Add a trivet to a 6-quart Instant Pot.
Add 1 cup water to the Instant Pot.
Place the bowl on the trivet.
Cook on manual for 5 minutes, with a natural release.
Chop up eggs to use on salads or in a recipe.
