Dr. Kiltz's Carnivore Healing Bowl
Ingredients:
4 oz ground beef (80/20 or fattier)
1–2 pasture-raised egg yolks
1 tbsp beef tallow or butter
Sea salt to taste
Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in tallow or butter over medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in the egg yolks while still warm.
Salt generously and enjoy.
