- 1 head red cabbage
- 3 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
- Sea salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a large baking sheet with sides with olive or avocado oil.
- Slice cabbage into thin strips. Spread on baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over cabbage.
- Sprinkle liberally with sea salt.
- Mix with your hands to evenly distribute oil and salt.
- Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until there are some nice brown crispy pieces mixed in with the bright purple.
