I added a little bit of salt the first time I made this, but it was too salty. The next time, I didn't add any salt, but it was still too salty for me.
- 1 package Panela Cheese
- Avocado Oil
- Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Place panela cheese in a cast iron or clay baking dish
- Sprinkle cheese with oil
- Sprinkle oregano and garlic powder on cheese
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, until hot and lightly browned
- Serve warm
