Pork Belly
Salt
Preheat convection oven to 425 degrees F.
Cover a baking sheets with sides with aluminum foil. Top it with a baking rack, sprayed or greased.
Salt the pork belly on all sides and place on the baking rack.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. I start checking at 30 minutes, but it typically takes 40 minutes to cook.
