Coffee Mousse *****



  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp powdered Mount Hagen Instant Coffee 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract




  • Whip together mascarpone, cream, honey, coffee, and vanilla in a mixing bowl with electric mixer until well combined.
  • Spoon into individual cups and refrigerate.
