- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp powdered Mount Hagen Instant Coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whip together mascarpone, cream, honey, coffee, and vanilla in a mixing bowl with electric mixer until well combined.
- Spoon into individual cups and refrigerate.
