Diet Advice for Lectin-Free, Low Oxalate


For Lectin free, follow the ‘No List’ from the Plant Paradox book.
 
For Low oxalate diet, stop Almonds, Spinach, Raspberries, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Indian Spices, Cumin, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Turmeric, Black Pepper, etc., and follow the spreadsheet. 
No gluten.
 
Eat a variety of foods: 
 
LO Organic Vegetables
Ghee
Organic Chicken
Eggs
Wild Fish
Goat Milk Yogurt
Garbanzo Beans
Red Lentils
White Basmati Rice after cooking in pressure cooker and refrigerated
Not much sugar and occasionally organic pear in season
Organic Coffee with Organic Heavy Cream
 
My stomach feels much calmer. I had not used an antacid for more than three times since last January and that too because of gluten.
