Savory Low Histamine Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients (Makes 4 Servings)
- 4 med sweet potatoes, sliced into ½-inch sticks
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a bowl, toss together sweet potatoes, coconut oil, cumin, and sea salt.
- Spread evenly in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once in between.
