AVOCADO CREMA
This is the best vegan avocado crema because it is so creamy, healthy and quick to make! It's also tangy, dairy-free and easy.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 Tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt (more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until very smooth and creamy
- Taste and adjust the flavors as you needed. Enjoy!
NOTES
Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
