- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 scallions, diced
- 4 oz broccolini, chopped
- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 1/4 Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 package Miracle Noodles
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce, or to taste, opt.
- Heat avocado oil in a wok or large saucepan on medium heat; add onions and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, then add broccoli, carrot, and cabbage.
- Meanwhile, rinse noodles with warm water for 2 minutes, then add to vegetables.
- When just about done, add coconut aminos, almond butter, and sriracha. Stir into the vegetables and noodles to create a sauce and warm through.
- Serve and enjoy!
