Honey Garlic Low Histamine Roast Chicken 


  • 6 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp grass-fed ghee
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • Himalayan salt & black pepper

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat; stir in rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper; cook for 1 minute and then stir in honey.
  3. Bring to a light boil and then add chicken; lower heat and simmer for a few minutes, turning to coat well.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking pan and top with any remaining sauce.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
