Honey Garlic Low Histamine Roast Chicken
- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp grass-fed ghee
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 1 1/2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- Himalayan salt & black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat; stir in rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper; cook for 1 minute and then stir in honey.
- Bring to a light boil and then add chicken; lower heat and simmer for a few minutes, turning to coat well.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking pan and top with any remaining sauce.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
