Zucchini Fries
1. Take 12 oz zucchini (about 2 small) , clean and cut into French Fry size pieces. About 1/2 inch wide and 4 in long. Place in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl combine 0.5 oz nutritional yeast, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp each garlic and onion powder, and sea salt.
3. Spritz fries with olive oil spray. Sprinkle spice mixture on squash. Toss to coat.
4. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn after 10 minutes. Or, Bake in an Air Fryer, in 2 batches so as not to crowd the squash, at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, tossing slightly half way through. Serve with 2 oz Marinara. Makes 2-6 oz servings. Enjoy!
