- 2Tbsp butter or ghee
- 2⁄3cup chopped celery
- 2cups shredded cabbage
1⁄3cup chopped onion- 4teaspoons liquid aminos
- 1dash white pepper, to taste
- In skillet, heat butter or ghee until bubbly and hot; add celery; cook 1 minute.
- Add cabbage and onion.
- Continue frying until vegetables are tender-crisp (2 to 3 minutes).
- Add liquid aminos and white pepper.
- Stir well and cook 1 minute longer.
