Stir-fried Cabbage

 




    2Tbsp butter or ghee
  • 23cup chopped celery
  • 2cups shredded cabbage

  • 1

    cup chopped onion
  • 4teaspoons liquid aminos
  • 1dash white pepper, to taste

  • In skillet, heat butter or ghee until bubbly and hot; add celery; cook 1 minute.
  • Add cabbage and onion.
  • Continue frying until vegetables are tender-crisp (2 to 3 minutes).
  • Add liquid aminos and white pepper.
  • Stir well and cook 1 minute longer.
