Low Ox Chili - to try

 A simple way to make a low oxalate chili...

 

1 lb ground beef or other meat

Onion, minced

Avocado Oil

Sea Salt

Tomato Paste

Butternut Squash Puree

Holy Lama Spice Drops:

12-14 drops Coriander

8-12 drops Cinnamon

8-12 drops Cumin

4-6 drops Oregano

3-4 drops Clove

6-8 drops Garlic


Brown ground meat in oil with onion and sea salt.  Drain, if necessary.

Add tomato paste, butternut squash puree, and 1 cup water to create a rich, thick sauce.  Add spice drops, starting with the lowest amount.  Mix well and taste, then adjust seasonings as needed.
