Keto Avocado Toast
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Italian Sandwich Thins
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 whole cage-free eggs
- Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
PREPARATION
- Place eggs on non-stick pan with desired oil.
- Place Sandwich Thins in a toaster oven set to 2 slices for 2.5 minutes
- Mash avocado and mix in EBTB seasoning to taste
- Flip eggs and turn off heat
- Sprinkle eggs with Himalayan salt to taste
- Remove Sandwich Thins from toaster oven and let cool for 1 minute
- Spread avocado onto sandwich thins
- Top with fried eggs
- Enjoy!
