- Lard or Butter
- 3 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp hot water
- Melt lard or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Crack the egg into a bowl.
- When the lard or butter has melted, add the eggs to the skillet.
- Cook until whites are nearly set; add water to the skillet. Cover.
- Continue cooking until the whites are set and the thin layer of whites
- that top the yolks have turned white as well.
- Season with Real Salt and serve.
