Low Carb Chicken Nuggets







RECIPE - Makes 15 nuggets

12.5 oz can chunk chicken breast in water, drained
1 egg
1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.
2. Blend until just combined.
3. Form into nugget shapes.
4. Place in a greased air crisp basket or on a greased baking sheet.
5. Air fry at 390 for 10 minutes or bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.
