Very difficult to peel but incredibly creamy and delicious!
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil on high heat. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, turn down the heat and wait for a few seconds until it only bubbles very gently.
- Get your timer ready. Set it for 2 minutes, 30 seconds.
- Place eggs on a slotted spoon and carefully lower eggs into the gently boiling water. They all need to go into the water at the same time.
- Start the timer immediately.
- Boil them for the allotted time.
- Cool them immediately: Carefully remove them from the water and place them in an ice-water bath so that the cooking process will stop immediately.
