Very good. Made it in the mini food processor. Made it with lemon instead of vanilla. Really good.

- 1 1/2 cups whole milk ricotta
- 1/4 tsp 100% monk fruit powder
- Dash Real Salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract OR 1 tsp lemon extract
Combine all ingredients in a small food processor. Process for 2 minutes.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
