Breakfast:  Pineapple Strawberry Oatmeal
Really, really good!



Lunch: Mashed Potatoes with Mushroom Gravy and  roasted veggies!  This was the best combination, at least to me!  Since I'd also made the mashed potatoes, I just pulled the potatoes out of the roasted veggies, and mixed the veggies with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy!  I'd made lots of roasted veggies: peas, mushrooms, green beans, onions, red and yellow bell peppers,carrots, and celery.  I thought it was amazing!  :)




Cinnamon Applesauce 




Dinner: Chili over Potatoes ~ I took roasted potatoes, flattened them with a fork, and served chili over them.  Soooo good!!!




Pumpkin Pie
