Trying to get too much done today and not putting my food first. Had planned to make soup and a veggie dish, and didn't make either. Was out of dressing so just added some herbs and spices to the mayo. For dinner, defrosted frozen chili and made Cheeze Sauce to put over a huge Costco baked potato. Not pretty, but soooo good!
Breakfast: Apple Muffins, Hot Cacao
Lunch: Mashed Potatoes, Salad, Vegan Mayo
Dinner: Chili Cheeze Baked Potato
