I did so well with getting lots of greens in me yesterday, but not so well today! I have a cold and don't have much energy. I just didn't feel up to making salads or soup, the two things I felt like eating! Still, my food was good and I can't complain!
Breakfast: Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats
Lunch: Southwestern Pasta, Clementines
Dinner: My Plant-Based Family's Brown Rice and Broccoli Casserole, Cinnamon Applesauce
