I got really cranky this afternoon. I'm not sure what was up, maybe just little things that I haven't been dealing with. I was so used to stuffing them back down with food; now I have to let them out and work through them!
Gratitude:
1. Not eating in response to frustration
2. A nice day at home with the family
3. Nick cleaned upstairs and it's beautiful!
4. Satisfying food that doesn't cause cravings
5. I think my pants might be a little bit looser :)
