Classic Breakfast Sausage Seasoning
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp Real salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Bacon fat
Mix pork with seasonings. Form into patties or cook it loose.
Cook in bacon fat in a cast iron skillet.
