Tuesday, 12/3/13

It was a good food day.  The patties were fun to make for breakfast, the flavor of the Nameless Black Beans improved with age, and I love, love, love the Mexican Mac & Cheeze when I load it up with veggies!


Breakfast: vegan sausage patties, fruit



Lunch: Nameless Black Beans





Dinner: Mexican Mac & Cheeze with baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, and scallions
