Wednesday, 12/4/13

 Dinner was so good today!  I don't like the way the brown rice pasta sucks up all of the cheeze sauce; it doesn't make for very good leftovers.  I decided to make some salsa and steam up a big pot of spinach and stir those in to the heated Mexican Mac n Cheeze.  The result was delicious!


Breakfast:  Apple Muffins, Vegan Sausage Patties
                 






Lunch: Smoky Bean Soup with baked tortilla chips





Dinner: Mexican Mac & Cheeze with salsa and baby spinach
