7 oz cauliflower rice
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 oz onion, diced
2 oz chicken broth
3 oz shredded pecorino romano cheese
Season with garlic powder. freshly ground black pepper, and dried parsley.
Cook cauliflower rice in a skillet on medium heat with mushrooms and onion in chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add seasoning. Add cheese.
Stir till melted.
