Shredded Cooked Beef, sauteed in butter until crispy, topped with a soft-boiled egg
Brown Butter: Place two sticks of Kerrygold butter (one stick salted, one stick unsalted) in a pan, melt and boil, stirring constantly, until it reaches a golden color and the bits that fall to bottom are brown. Pour in silicone molds (I used a small ice cube tray with gumdrop shaped pellets) and pop into fridge to harden.
