Dirty Carnivore Pizza

Crust:
1 lb. ground chicken (raw)
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients well and form into a ball. Place between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out to approximately 12 inches in diameter. I go even thinner to make it easier to crisp up. Leave the crust on the bottom sheet of parchment. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. I remove the parchment paper before adding ingredients and place crust on a pizza pan. Add desired ingredients. I used homemade Alfredo sauce, seasoned ground beef, and mozzarella. I baked it an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese started to brown nicely. We do this once or twice a month, as it includes a lot of dairy. If I wasn't in this for weight loss, I don't think I'd care.
Alfredo sauce:
1 stick salted butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Melt butter over low to medium heat. When melted, add cream cheese and stir constantly until all is melted. Add cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Reduce heat a bit and let simmer 20 minutes or until it thickens up. When it reaches the desired thickness, remove from heat and mix in the Parmesan cheese. This is great on burgers or meatballs as well.
Going to live life on the edge and use pepperoni next time. Maybe a seafood pizza down the road as well. Should be good with the Alfredo.
