Sources of Collagen


1.  Eggs - membrane is collagen


2. Red Meat - collagen in the fat 


3. Poultry - collagen in skin, tendons


4. Mollusks: Clams, Scallops, Oysters, Mussels


5. Homemade Bone Broth - save all bones, make broth in Instant Pot weekly


6. Fish


7. Sardines, Anchovies - with bones and skin.  Eat daily.


8.  Liver: Beef, Chicken, Cod, Cod Liver Oil
