INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp melted grass-fed butter or tallow
- 1/4 raw sausage
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the waffle iron.
- Crack the 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk into the sausage. Whisk until the sausages are in small bits.
- Grease the waffle iron with grass-fed butter or tallow.
- Pour 1/4 of the batter into the waffle iron. It will expand, so do not be tempted to add more as the batter will overflow and make a mess on the counter!
- Cook for about 3 minutes or until golden and browned to your liking.
- Repeat the cooking process with the remaining tallow and batter.
- Serve with your favorite animal-based toppings, and enjoy!
NOTES
Instead of sausages, you can use bacon or whatever meat you prefer.
