Stayed in bed almost all day with a cold. I'm sure the stress and lack of sleep caused me to be susceptible to the germs from the sick kiddos. I was thankful for warm food that felt healing.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Blueberries, satsumas, ginger lemon tea
Lunch: Nick's Very Veggie Soup - Nick's creation to help me get over my cold - Loaded with baby spinach, baby kale, chard, carrots, zucchini, celery, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, leeks, garlic, ginger, and I forget what else...with some hot sauce stirred in!
Dinner: One Pot Pasta, satsumas, ginger lemon tea
