Observation: Both last night and today, after eating the Hawaiian Pizza Potatoes, my cheeks got bright red and hot, and stayed that way for about a half hour after the meals. They tasted good, but not good enough to justify the discomfort afterwards! :)
Breakfast: Banana Oatmeal Porridge
Lunch: Hawaiian Pizza Potato, Black Bean and Corn Salad
Raspberries
Dinner: 4-3-2 Cheezy Rice & Broccoli
