Sunday, 10/06/13

Gorgeous day today!  So blessed to have warm weather in October.  The pool was wonderful, and I worked really hard and feel like I'm getting stronger.  I don't want this weather to end, so that I never have to stop going in the pool!


Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apples and Cinnamon

Lunch:  Scalloped Potatoes

Dinner: Refried Bean Soup, Salad with Ranch Dressing


Exercise: 2 hours walking/running/exercising in pool
