Tuesday, 10/1/13

Pain level is much lower today!  Yay!!  Pool was great.  Felt very hungry all day, and ate a lot.  Trying to accept that for what it is, and not beat myself up over it.  Still working on the concept of just doing PD without worrying about pounds and inches lost.  At one point today, felt discouraged and didn't feel like doing PD.  Told myself that I don't have to feel like it, I just have to do it.  Simple!  :)


Breakfast: Blueberry Banana Oatmeal to Go, Banana

Lunch: Green Beans, Baby Bella Mushrooms, Onions, & Garlic (sauteed with onion powder, granulated garlic, freshly ground black pepper, oregano, and Tamari)

Mac 'n Cheeze (made with spaghetti)

Dinner: Salad: lettuce, tomato, red pepper, carrots, cucumbers, baked potato, Spinach Dip, Scalloped Potatoes

Banana


Exercise: 1 1/2 hours walking/exercising in pool
