Wednesday, 10/02/13

Very nice day today.  It was in the mid-80's, so I enjoyed the pool this afternoon.  I'd planned to make two recipes for National Kale Day, but only got halfway through one of them before running out of energy.  I did make lots of homemade vegetable broth, so I'm happy about that.  I'll just eat my kale a day late!


Breakfast:  Nick's Almost Famous Apple Pie Oatmeal





Lunch: Apple; Green Beans, Mushrooms, & Onions; Pumpkin Pie Pudding


Baked Potato, Spinach Dip

Dinner: Scalloped Potatoes, Watermelon


Exercise: 1 hour, 45 minutes exercising/walking in the pool
