Monday, 10/21/13



For lunch, I made Oil-Free Fried Rice.  I was going to make something to go with it, but then Nick made a stir-fry, so I had some of that.  The picture below was Nick's bowl; I had a much smaller portion!  As usual, he didn't use a recipe, but I know that there's bok choy, broccoli, peas, napa cabbage, green cabbage, baby spinach, carrots, bell peppers, scallions, tamari, veggie broth, and brown rice in it.  It was so good, and I love getting all of those veggies in me!


Breakfast: Pumpkin Apple Oatmeal
