Wednesday, 10/16/13

 Really messed up my knee and can't walk at all.  Feeling down about not being able to do anything.  Trying to focus on taking it one day at a time, and working on not eating over it, even though that's what I felt like doing today!  Trusting that things will get better soon...


Breakfast: Oatmeal with applesauce



Lunch: Hold on to Your Hat Steel-Cut Oats with Kale from My Beef with Meat by Rip Esselstyn (p.178)
Cheeze Sauce
Raspberries, banana

 


Dinner: Taco Salad, apple
