Saturday, 10/5/13


 Another really nice day.  I worked really hard in the pool, and for the first time, it felt like the muscles in my legs were getting stronger.  I never know where to draw the line between working hard and risking injury, so I tend to hold back.  I had very little pain in the pool today, which was so nice!


Breakfast: Chocolate Oatmeal Brownie Muffins

Lunch: Scalloped Potatoes

Dinner: Refried Bean Soup


Banana


Exercise: 2 hours walking/running/exercising in pool
