Still feeling a little down today...really missing being in the pool, feeling impatient about not feeling better and not losing weight at a crazy pace. I have to fight those feelings a lot, because the truth is that I feel better than I did four months ago and I weigh a lot less than I did four months ago. Reminding myself to enjoy the journey, and to think about where I'd be now if I hadn't started this four months ago!
Breakfast: Bananas
Lunch: Hearty Vegetable Soup
Frozen Black Cherry Cacao
Dinner: Hawaiian Pizza Potatoes
Frozen Black Cherry Cacao (Oh, yes I did have another serving!)
