4 oz pastured chicken breast, baked
6 oz romaine lettuce
1/2 Tbsp Caesar dressing (recipe below)
0.5 oz pecorino romano cheese, shredded
Sea salt to taste

Vegan Caesar Dressing:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Place all of the ingredients (garlic, lemon juice, vegetarian or vegan Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and Dijon mustard) except oil in a blender or food processor.
- Turn on the machine on and process, then slowly add in the oil, processing until the salad dressing is smooth and creamy.
