½ cup cilantro
½ cup organic sour cream or avocado mayo
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1/2 lime
Pinch sea salt
Blend ingredients together in blender until smooth and creamy. Store in fridge.
