Greek Lemon Chicken Soup


8 oz Chicken broth

4 oz pastured chicken breast, cooked

2 oz diced onion

10 oz cauliflower rice

Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste

Garlic powder to taste

2 oz chives

1 oz feta cheese [find substitute]


Cook cauliflower rice with onion in 2 oz chicken broth for 10 minutes. Season with lemon juice and garlic powder

Add remaining broth and pre-cooked chicken. Cook another 5 minutes.

Top with chives and feta cheese
