Italian Dressing



1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp water

1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 teaspoon dried parsley

3/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 tsp sea salt



Mix all ingredients in a mason jar.  Shake well and refrigerate.  Or use in place of your fat serving in any dish for extra flavor.
